totally lost on magnetic flux question

A uniform magnetic field of 0.0300T points vertically upward. Find the magnitude of the magnetic flux through each of the 5 sides of the open topped rectangular box, given the dimesions of the box are, length = 0.335m width = 0.12m, and Height = .10m. Find Wb through long side, short side, and bottom.

I have no idea where to start for this question any type of help would be appreciated. Thank you.

For example, what is the amount of magnetic flux through a surface that is parallel to the magnetic lines of force?
