I'm wondering what mathematical background is needed to tackle Intro to Mechanics by said authors? I had a whole calculus sequence, including vector analysis, linear algebra and a first course in mechanics (calculus-based). Would that be enough or I'll need differential equations too?

It's enough. In fact, just single-variable calculus is enough to get through the book as the basic multivariable calculus used is taught to you.

Frion is right.
