Help Needed: Strengths of Materials Question

I hve the following problem to solve, I was wondering if someone could give me some guidance as how to approach ths type of question.


The principal stresses at a pint of a shaft subject to bending and torsion at 120MPa and -40MPa. Determine the bending moment and torque knowing the shaft diameter is 150mm.
