Start by writing out the terms to be multiplied:

a(y-\frac{b}{3a})(y-\frac{b}{3a})(y-\frac{b}{3a})

and just multiply terms out After you multiply the first two sets of parens, you will get a quadratic with 3 terms, and then you multiply that by the finl 2-term part in the final parens...
