Multisim circuit

hi everyone. im a beginner to multisim. as practice, im trying to design a logic circuit that can calculate and display the total of two decimal numbers. im familiar with the functions of combinational logic, and i know that this circuit will require full adders, encoders, decoders and 7 segment display, however im unsure as to how to connect everything.
any suggestions or simliar circuits that i can look at or learn from will be very helpful. thank you.
