Is the Higgs boson and the Graviton two descriptions of the same thing?

Perhaps I'll stick with the laymen explaination until they make a 'for dummies' book about it - Higgs field gives mass, Graviton gives gravity.

Except it's really the other way around: gravity gives graviton. And Higgs permits mass. Nobody knows what really causes mass!
