Stuff like osciolloscopes, vacuum pumps, plumbing/tubes/joints, soldering guns, etc.

that it would be nice, cause it takes some time to find all these manuals, and filter the information...

I have often found useful information by googling with the manufacturer and model number of a specific equipment. You may also find more using "technical manual" or "User Manual"
Finally wikipedia sometimes includes external references that may be helpful.
