Im doing a personal research about robotics applications in space. Can someone tell me what will happen to electronics (radio receiver, PCB, oscillator, integrated circuit board and etc.) when exposed to intense heat or cold in outer space?

Well space is approx. -240C which would freeze all of the above components - I suggest you check their lower bound operating temperaqture - most modern electronics is ok down to 0C. The problem is once you hit sub zero temperatures then any fluid/liqui/even moisture can freeze and expand causing damage to electrical components.

Additionally you have not mentioned but: EM radiation is going to be a huge problem in space - the magnetosphere provides us fantastic protection but space craft do not have that benefit.
