Time dilation & the first galaxies

As far as I understand, time dilation corresponding to redshift has been confirmed for distant supernova.
However, galaxies are being detected only 480 million years after the bigbang at redshifts of around 10 or more.
Does this mean they took less than 45 million years to form in real time?

No, that was taken into account in arriving at an age of 480 million years after the BB. You can confirm using Ned Wright's cosmo calculator.

Yes, that's better thanks.
I was forgetting about light travel distance, and that it is only our view that is time dilated.
Too much time playing with alternate cosmologies with more literal forms of time dilation.
