On a summer day how will the temperature of the stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere differ ?

That graph explains most of it pretty well I feel. It seems not to have the exosphere on it, but its the best I could find.

This is standard atmosphere, in summer time the average height of the tropopause is higher and...cooler.

The stratosphere warms with increasing altitude because of its ozone content, which blocks the suns ultraviolet rays, but what about the mesosphere and thermosphere why do they go from coller to warmer ?
