Regarding Inserting Images

Dear Moderators,
This forum supports to attach images. Also it supports to insert image from URL. I need help as to How to insert image from a file. For example, i type " Consider the image below" and i have to insert the image below the text instead of attaching the image. How to do it?

You need to upload the image to a Web server or an image-hosting service somewhere on the Web, and then insert using the URL.
