I was wondering if anyone knew of any good engineering companies to work for...in the US...

I'm working on getting a COOP/Internship;

I wanted one with National Instruments but I heard that they don't treat you right??

Also General Electric wasn't supposed to be good either. I heard Halliburton was a good one to work for. I am basing all of this on one source. So if you know of any 'good' companies...please let me know. I think 'good' means working for them prepares you greatly for a permanent job and also makes you a more desireable canidate for hire.

But I'm new to the big-company type job.

The best company to work for is going to depend on the person themselves. What I like is not going to be the same for you. That's the same as asking what the best food to eat is.
