Was interested in knowing if there was any place where one could read up on how different schools in the US measure up in physics teachings.

I'm currently studying at Copenhagen University, but i just noticed that they have an exchange program with various schools around the world, including UCI, which is an area I've been wanting to move to for a while, so getting a year there would be awesome :)

I'm really happy with the education here, so i was interested in knowing if there was any way to find out if UCI was also considdered a good physics school?

There are a few resources available that can help you compare physics education at different schools in the US. One option is to look at college rankings, such as those published by U.S. News & World Report or Forbes. These rankings take into account factors such as faculty resources, research opportunities, and student outcomes to determine the overall quality of a school's physics program.

Another option is to look at the websites of individual physics departments at different schools. Many departments will have information on their faculty, research areas, and student resources, which can give you a better idea of the strengths and focus of their physics education.

You may also want to consider reaching out to current students or alumni from the schools you are interested in. They may be able to provide firsthand experiences and insights into the physics education at their respective schools.

Overall, it's important to remember that the quality of a physics education can vary not just between schools, but also within a school depending on the specific program or faculty member. It's always a good idea to do thorough research and consider multiple factors before making a decision on where to study. Good luck with your search!
