Theoretically, I think so, but I don't think the evidence supports there being that much mass in the universe.

as jonathan has said theoreticaly there is no upper mass
limit for BH, "if there is i have not seen a referance to it".
however i do not think a BH could contain "infinite mass",
unless it is "the singularity".

There is no limit on the mass of a black hole, but a black hole with infite mass is not even a remotely realistic or possible situation.
