Medical Can electrical EEG signals be detected for spinal disks?

I know the peripheral nervous system is all connected at the spinal column. If spinal EEG can be conducted, could it be possible to observe movement of limbs on a EEG chart?

You don't need EEG for peripheral nerves, you use EMG. Look it up.
