instrumental line broadening of Rigaku smartlab


Hi every one!

I want to know the instrumental line broadening of Rigaku smartlab diffractrometer. I have searched out but i could not find any refrence. Please help me

Maybe you could try to measure some reference samples like LaB6, Si and Al2O3 and then try to fit the resolution function?

You can buy well-characterized standard materials directly from NIST

You mean that I have to measured XRD pattern of material like LaB6, Si and Al2O3 with the sam e instrument. Then fit the resolution function. But what is resolution fucntion? how can i get instrumental line broadning from fitting of resolution function?
