How to design a LMFBR control system. I mean the whole plnat's operation and reactor control system.

A whole plant has sensors connected to a SCADA system which monitors the state of the large components. The energy produced must be balanced with the energy output. Pumps, turbines and motors are monitored for speed. Turbomachinery is usually tripped if it goes overspeed.

There are temperature sensors, flow sensors, position sensors, and in the core, neutron detectors. There are conditions where the reactor may be scrammed, so there is some logic in the system to scram, or rapidly insert, the control rods into the core.
