car travelling

A car travels 10.0km due north, then 8.00km due east, the total trip taking 30.0 minutes. Find (a) the displacement of the car, (b) the average speed (in m/s), and (c) the average velocity (in m/s)

a) 10^2+8^2=c^2
164=c^2
c=12.8km

tanx=8/10
x=38.7 degrees

12.8km @ 38.7 degrees E of N

b) d=vt
v=d/t
v=12.8/30.0
v=0.426km/min

c) not sure
