Help needed on Automatic Climate control

Hi all

Iam doing my master's degree. I want help regarding implementing Automatic climate control. I found one in matlab but it doesnt meet my specifications. Can anyone help giving me any idea or providing equations regarding AirConditioner and Heater.

The general concept involved is the PID Loop:

That is the math behind closed loop control of things like environmental controls. Hope that helps to get you started.
