Physics Books
Hi,
I am looking for a all-time reference physics book, which will cover the SAT Physics Subject Test. I want a book that will give me a general understanding of Physics(Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Waves and Optics, heat and Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, etc.) Thanks for your help. Regards, limac |

halliday & resnick used to be a high-quality standard text for advanced high school or first-year college. I have no idea if it is still used, or if others have taken its place. I still look at mine from time to time (35 years later).
