I am customising a Search Engine to undergraduates at Mathematics:

You can easily add it to your iGoogle so you do not need to remember the URL.

As an undergraduate at Mathematics, I am continuously developing it. There is a developer group "Mathematics Search Engine for Undergraduates" in Facebook. Please, report bugs there.

I am myself surprised of the resullts. There are some gems that are really hard to find in the non-customised Google. I am using it everyday for my own work.

Perhaps, you will now find the engine more useful. I added categories, such as "Goals" and "Terminology" and removed "Latex". There are still a great amount of work to be done. For more specific topics, such as Latex, I am customising more mathematically-biased search engines.

I hope they help you as much as me.

I added books to the Amazon shop instead of weakening the results in the searh engine for undergraduates. I feel that it is necessary, because otherwise book advertising weakens too much the results. What do you think?

If someone knows some Open Source Project for customising search engines at Mathematics, I would like to join. I have left my search engines open so that more people can contribute to them. Let's be on the shoulder of Google :)

The Undergraduate Search Engine was integrated to the Mathematics Harbour -project. It creates search engines at Mathematics. It is at

Many new engines were recently added. There is currently a variety of engines, such as Job search in Mathematics-related fields and Child Math. They are becoming publicly developed in Github, so you can send your links there. Stay tuned!

I added some functions over all engines. The idea is to specialise in different engines. Then, users can navigate just by remembering some keywords: http://unmathfacts.blogspot.com/. When they forget the urls, they can just google the unique words "Math Harbour". If you have a nice engine at Mathematics, please, do no hesitate to post it here. It can get a link from the engines in the project.
