space engineering/exploration

I would like to see a subject heading for space engineering and space exploration topics. Like should there be a moon base, should the Ares V be developed, should NASA go with commerical providers like SpaceX, Solar Power Satellites when if ever will they take off, etc...

I hear the General Astronomy section, and the Aerospace Engineering section are good places to post things like that.

MotoH, Aerospace Engineering sounds like the right place but :( I can not find it. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
