May I know how scientist measure the radius of the earth?
And how accurate it is??
And how accurate it is??
The discussion focuses on how scientists measure the radius of the Earth, exploring historical methods and modern techniques. Participants inquire about the accuracy of these measurements and share personal experiences related to measuring the Earth's radius.
Participants present multiple methods for measuring the Earth's radius, including historical and modern techniques, but there is no consensus on a single method or its accuracy. The discussion remains open with various viewpoints and personal experiences shared.
Some claims rely on specific assumptions about geometry and observational conditions, and the accuracy of personal measurements is noted as potentially affected by errors.
