Hello
I want create a small model of aircraft or helicopter 30-50 cm long which can fly for 3-4 minutes just as a hobby how should i go about?

Get some magazines devoted to radio-controlled model planes. They'll tell you about what's out there in both gas and electric powered airplanes, and the principles/techniques involved with them.

I don't think they're on the net. You can find them in most magazine stands, like in a grocery store. One that I know of is called "R/C Modeler."
