SUMMARY

This discussion focuses on resources for studying anatomical models relevant to a lab practical, specifically for flowers, fetal pigs, human anatomy, and plant parts. Users recommend various websites that provide images and diagrams of these models, including links to specific anatomical illustrations such as the human heart and eye. The consensus is that visual aids are crucial for understanding the intricate details of these biological structures.

PREREQUISITES
  • Basic understanding of biological anatomy
  • Familiarity with online research techniques
  • Ability to interpret anatomical diagrams
  • Knowledge of specific anatomical terms (e.g., flower anatomy, fetal pig anatomy)
NEXT STEPS
  • Explore online resources for anatomical models, focusing on sites like Enchanted Learning and Micrographia.
  • Research the anatomy of the human heart using the provided link for detailed diagrams.
  • Investigate the structure of plant parts, specifically stems and roots, through educational websites.
  • Utilize Google Images to search for specific anatomical terms followed by "anatomy" for additional visual resources.
USEFUL FOR

Students preparing for biology lab practicals, educators seeking teaching resources, and anyone interested in enhancing their understanding of anatomical structures through visual aids.

I have a lab practical coming up and they use models a lot on these exams. I printed out pictures of the models with their respective keys but it's impossible tosee the numbers on a model by a picture. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend websites that have models to learn the parts of a typical flower, various plant parts(stems, roots, etc), fetal pig, human eye, skin. Any websites would be great thanks!

You can do a search on google in the image section just anatomy after the word you need.
