I love how this forum uses Latex, but I don't know how to do this for other sites. How can I make it so another site I'm with can use this?

Right, but those tags are usable because the code is installed on the site's server. I'm wondering how to do this.
 
o, i thought you wanted to know how to use [tex]\LaTeX[/tex] on other sites like wikipedia
