If a beam of such paricles has speed 0.9c, their mean life would be 5.96*10(-8) seconds, they would travel on the average16.092 meters,before they decay, , and if you neglected time dilation that would be 7.02 meters. The interval space time between creation of a typical pion and its decay are 2.6*10(-8 )seconds
