The guru awards will be coming up in a few weeks and it's looking pretty bleak for GD. NO ONE IS FUNNY ANYMORE.

BE FUNNY DAMNIT!

I want to see rampant fun and frivolity here for the next few weeks.

What's your address again Evo?

Looks like we have our first candidate. :approve:

Wait, Evo, don't we have to agree on nominees? (Hint hint to Pengwuino )

And who do I make it out to?

Yep, pengwuino needs to double up that load.

Ah, this is going to be a very good holiday season. There *is* a reason the awards are held this time of year.

Chocolate? Psshhh. How about your own personal assistant for a month? (and chocolate)

I think Jameson just made the call-back list. :approve:

In general, is humor a quality you're born with or is it due to environmental conditions?

Humour: One of the four fluids of the body, blood, phlegm, choler, and black bile, whose relative proportions were thought in ancient and medieval physiology to determine a person's disposition and general health.

I think that you're born with it but it's influenced by environmental conditions.

I think humor is situational.

So people who are comedians and stuff are special then... I thought humor could me taught and stuff... So if you aren't born with it, then it's not possible to be a Rosie O'Donald or Chris Rock etc...

I'm very serious about humor.

I just hope that this can be a good clean contest this year, with no dirty tactics like bribing the judges with sweet, tasty, melt-in-your-mouth, confections made from the finest ingredients and shipped to their doors.

When you think about it, the whole idea of giving sexual favors just for a nomination, is just...well it just makes me shudder and moan uncontrollably for hours and hours.:-p

So let's just keep this a good clean contest this year. Right Evo, Moonbear?:wink:

Woohoo! I think Artman is a shoe-in. :-p

When it comes to humor, the Brits generally have an advantage, and the Canucks (e.g. Danger and Smurf) come in a close second.

Although the Americans with Artman, Pengwuino, and zoobyshoe, are providing strong competition this year.

If chocolates don't work - try subliminal mouse songs.
