Solving Vector Measurement Concerns in Lab
http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/5171/phwq5.jpg Hello there. In lab, we measured vectors. I'm having a little concern on how to get X and Y. If I follow the books method, R_calc comes out too small compare to measure R. (Big % error). X: 15.5+12.4cos37 = 25.4 Y: 0+9.3sin37 = 5.4 R: square...- Agent

Common-Base Config: Alpha & IB Formula
Hey, I'm currently stuck with this question. There are several parts to this question. http://img373.imageshack.us/img373/8480/questionscj3.png I know alpha should be around .9-1 but I don't think I know the formula for IB.- Agent

How Do You Find Axis Intersections in Excel Graphs?
No, thanks, I got it now. Sry, I didn't have time to post. Berkeman hit the spot. :) This is actually for computer class. We are learning how to use excel by using formulas and such. These were questions to think about. Thanks for the help.- Agent

How Do You Find Axis Intersections in Excel Graphs?
Hey! I'm not sure where this goes but it has to do more with math than electrical. To start things off, we were given Voltage (10v) and a resistor source (100ohms). This had to be done in excel, where we would enter the formula for 11 values and excel would calculate the answers. Then we graph...- Agent

How can I design a synchronous counter using NAND and inverters?
Good news. I started the whole thing over. I found another mistake on the k-mart which added too extra NAND gates. I ran it and now it works out fine. Thanks for the help.- Agent

How can I design a synchronous counter using NAND and inverters?
The mistakes on the k-map/circuit are corrected now. Still getting the wrong answer but getting closer, I think. This is the way I learned it, just started so that's probably why. As long as I get the circuit right, I could careless which way is done. :)- Agent

How can I design a synchronous counter using NAND and inverters?
Hey, I have some problems with my synchronous counter. Here is what I got. sorry for the big and bad quality of the pic. My scanner sucks :( Here's the karnaugh map. I need to simplify them and use only NAND and inverters if needed. http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/7335/hw4na.jpg I need to...- Agent

Capacitor Questions - Help Solving Math Equations
That was my work, I just didnt go through the steps because its hard to write it out here. Anyways, here's the first. 1. C=Q/V ES= 1 - CV^2 2 ES=energy stored C=1,000mF V=18 so then its 162? I'll be back with the 2nd question.- Agent

Solve Voltage Question: 3.3k & 4.7k Resistors
Hey, I'm stuck in one of the problems I was given. We just started it, so I'm a bit confused. It says: 3.3k resistor is in series with 4.7k resistor. Calculate the percent of the total applied voltage that would appear across the 4.7k resistor. I got this answer but I'm not sure if it is right...- Agent
