What engineering program is good for sustainable energy development?
Is there a University body that can answer your question? Engineering is a very adaptable carreer where you can move into different areas of interest fairly smoothly.Check out how that side of engineering works. It will all be described on the net.- amezcua

High School Would the different weight affects the speed of bicycle when coming down slope.?
So really load up with energy bars in your pockets at the top and throw them in the ditch at the bottom of the hill. Allez! -

What engineering program is good for sustainable energy development?
So if one driver presses the pedal to the floor and another starts gently the efficiency is the same? How do we describe the hard starter ? Is there an engineering solution to the wasteful type of driver. Both engines can be equally efficient but the hard driver will run out of fuel first...- amezcua

What engineering program is good for sustainable energy development?
The word efficient crops up here a lot. Is an accelerating car more efficient if it accelerates faster to 60 mph or is it more efficient because it uses less fuel as it accelerates? The acceleration part of a trip is where most waste comes into the picture. Can we use those precious seconds...- amezcua

Undergrad Are there many simple math solutions left?
I have solved a problem involving musical keys .I have just realized it is a Mathematical solution. There are no numbers involved though. Who should I tell? Where do I go to be famous.- amezcua

Optimizing Pedal Crank Forces for Efficient Cycling: A Square Wave Approach
Can I offer an improvement to the sine wave cycle of forces when pedalling? If the downward foot movement is connected to a vertical chain which runs on two small cogs (top and bottom) and then onto a large cog behind , then all the applied force is "tangential " and is much easier and more...- amezcua

Frequency and wavelength on different instruments and loudness
Frequency and wavelength are easy to understand if you are thinking of pure monotone sine waves. Musical instruments are generating several overtones and the brain is averaging out what you hear and then you perceive the tone quality which is a violin or a flute sound. Perceive is a handy word...- amezcua

How Does Removing Pigs Affect the Decibel Level in a Pig Pen?
Ardahl O`Hanlan wrote a book and remembered listening to Radio Luxembourg for the Pop music . He said the reception was so bad it sounded like they were --- Deep frying a herd of live pigs.- amezcua

Graduate What is Dark Matter? - Learn Its Properties & Particles
Chronos .This idea of mine is just something for others more expert to play with..The centre of my question is the idea of atoms (pre-Big Bang ) being similar in shape to Galaxies which have the familiar flat layout. Many planets which arrived late in some galaxies were stuck in odd...- amezcua

Graduate What is Dark Matter? - Learn Its Properties & Particles
One simple rule of thumb relating to explosions in a market place is that for every person killed there will be roughly 6 times more injured. That roughly fits the mismatch in the Dark Matter scenario.- amezcua

Graduate What is Dark Matter? - Learn Its Properties & Particles
Add to the last question the idea of digital watches. The orientation of molecules in the number display will render invisibility possible with a small charge. Some spiders render themselves invisible by rapidly shaking themselves. They had never seen a propellor when they started doing that.- amezcua

Graduate What is Dark Matter? - Learn Its Properties & Particles
Thanks for the encouragement.I was being disconnected before I could complete my messages. Here`s a question about Dark Matter. Is it possible that atoms existed before the Big Bang which were oriented like a disc.and they were damaged in the explosion? That would make them "visible".So we live...- amezcua

Type of Wood for Model Airfoil Construction
Balsa is close to Spruce on the lightness scale.Spruce wins if you need stiffness as well. That`s why violin bellies are made of it.Size would affect the choice. Less need for bracing. If you need tennis court sizes the "Spruce Goose " model would suit your needs. That would be some wind tunnel!- amezcua

Hard to learn enough Latin to be able to read scientific works?
Consider this;I looked at a self teaching book on Swaheli and a common object in this African language can have sixteen tenses. Not a waste of time ,however ,as one tense could link it`s meaning to a dog. When you are referring to a Bihop the association can create a rich soup of comic...- amezcua
