Undergrad Thermal Physics Joke: Is It as Silly as It Seems?
So this is supossed to be funny because most people don't know that what they usually call "calories" are actually kcalories. Well, thanks guys :P- AutisticAlien

Undergrad Thermal Physics Joke: Is It as Silly as It Seems?
The other day I sumbled upon the following joke: As we all know, it takes 1 calorie to heat 1 gram of water 1 degree centigrade. Translated into meaningful terms, this means that if you eat a very cold dessert (generally consisting of water in large part), the natural processes which raise...- AutisticAlien

Stupid me with a stupid question about Wireless internet
I hope this is the right place to post this... I've been having trouble with Skype lately. I can't play online games (I've been struggling with League Of Legends lately) while I'm on skype. The problem is skype, and I assume this shouldn't be happening since I know people with less bandwith...- AutisticAlien

Wondering about hydrogen peroxide
How does it bleach hair? My Chemistry professor at college told us about how chemical straightening works, but failed to explain how peroxide can change hair colour. Thanks a bunch!- AutisticAlien

High School Voltage, Amperage & Tasers: How Little Damage Can Be Done?
I was told that you need a low voltage, high amperage taser to make any damage. I know that touching devices with high voltages will only make your hair frizzy if no current goes through you, but can someone please explain to me why is that so? I know that no damage can be done without amperage...- AutisticAlien
