This should help.
Thank you Demystifier. I was thinking more of the topographical description of the "particle/wave" phenomenon as being incorrect. It could be we lack the ability to uncover the true nature of the "sub-atomic...
I'm not convinced that the particle (point) is the full extent of the particle phenomenon. In other words, The particle/wave duality description never has satisfied me. Inherent uncertainty of physical attributes isn't logical. I feel something is missing, as in the physical description of the...
Has it ever been considered that the particle/wave may in fact be the very same entity and the reason we can only detect a small point is because it is the point of impact and the rest of the object cannot be discerned correctly? Just curious.
Thanks.
If the universe were a torus shape and we could trace this back far enough we would reach a point where the hole in the torus would disappear into itself. Wouldn't this negate the need for an inflationary epoch? This is much easier on the pallet than inflation.
When you accelerate an atom (electron) it gains momentum energy but looses spin energy and the clock ticks slower. Conservation. This is not a relativistic effect but a nuclear effect. Am I missing something here?
Conservation of energy would cause the clock to act differently in orbit because of the energy transfer between the ground and the orbital motion of the clock. It may not be a totally relativistic effect. When you put these clocks in orbit don't you have to set them individually one to another...
Frictional aspects within a binary system, (individual stars) tidal forces within the non solid (plasma) system causes bodies to gradually lose orbital stability. Close binary stars would have a major contribution to each other. Like rolling a car with flat tires vs inflated tires. Tidal forces...
I have heard of experiments using atomic clocks but I wonder if the same experiments can be done with non atomic clocks? I have reason to suspect the atomic clock may not be the most appropriate mechanism for this. Has anyone considered this?
It looks to me like a blast area.
Hypothesis: A large moon in the vicinity exploded from massive internal pressures or perhaps fissioning, the shock and debris hit this hemisphere causing the blackened state and also the ridge. This could also be the cause of the rings.
I believe that...
I'm glad to hear it. I believed it for many years until recently. The shadow of doubt is becoming very long.
Are there any relativity doubters here? I'm doing some homework and would like to gather a sampling of various other theories. Thanks
