You know actually I've repeated these formulas like 5000 times and still I go do something else then come back and I can hardly get them right.
And lol using them?
To time consuming.
But thanks!
Hey,
I need to learn uhm 17 forumlas.
Really I need to know them for tomorow.
And I just can´t remember them all.
Does anyone have a little rhyme or so I can use to remember them all?
They are the basic IGCSE forumlae, e.g
1. Distance "divided" by speed x time
2. Change In speed "Divided"...
Hey,
I saw a documentary about the first Nitrogen powered plane.
It was being developed in Germany and is more a prototype than anything else.
They said one of the problems is that the tank is insanly expensive for liquid nitrogen but "Cheap" for nitrogen gas.
Well I don´t understand why it...
Hey,
I know this seems like its a stupid question and I THINK I might know the solution but I want it certified.
My teacher told me energy is never lost but where does it go?
It turns into diffrent energy forms right?
Well why do we not use this energy that is being lost into the air by say...
Hahaha no I am just doing a Paper and don't have the marking scheme.
My IGCSE is tomorrow though.
So maybe that's a good idea ;D
Anyway know the answer?
Sorry for brief formulation but have no time.
Cyclist travels down hill, no pedalling.
Applies breaks at X and stops at Y.
Which energy changes have taken place between X and Y?
A. Kinetic --> internal (Heat) ---> Grav potential
B. Kinetic --> Grav Potential --> Internal heat
C. Grav...
Thanks Doc. Understood that.
And thanks Melgibson for the answer even though I am sorry to say I understood nothing of what you said. But still thank you for the effort.
A heavy beam is located on two supports, so that there are 3 forces acting on it.
The beam is in an equilibrium.
There are two forces on top pulling it up and one force pulling it down.
The two forces are on each side and the one on its own on the bottom is in the middle pulling down.
Am...
Hey,
This is kinda a thick question but never mind.
A car travels 30KM and that for 30mins.
What is the average speed of the car?Formula is Average speed= Distance Travelled DIVIDED BY Time taken.
But its not 30 DIVIDED by 30 is it?
Is it 30 DIVIDED by 0.5 as 30mins is half of an hour?
And how...
Its slowing down?
Well if I understood you right then as it has a negative velocity moving to the left then it would mean that if it had a positive acceleration wait no. Then its speeding up.
Ohh god I am confused.
Right so a object with positive velocity has positive acceleration it would be...it would be speeding up.
A object with negative velocity has positvie acc then it would still be speeding up right?
But wait negative velocity is what?
But thanks for the answer!
