Graduate What is the Limit of Multivariable Function at the Origin?
lim of cos((x^2 + y^2) - 1)/(x^2 + y^2) as (x,y) approaches (0,0) I have no clue how to tackle this problem. I tried to find the level set so at least I can have a clue of what the graph looks like, but then, I didn't know how to find the level sets either. If I set c = the equation, I... -

Calculate the charge on plate Capacitor
Am I doing it right? If I am, then I'm leaving the problem and moving on. If I'm not, then I'll try some more; but I don't want to dwell on something that I absolutely can't figure out what's wrong with... and turns out nothing was wrong. If something WAS wrong then I wouldn't mind thinking...- eutopia

Calculate the charge on plate Capacitor
i guess i just kept all the decimals in there... i'll check it again. *Arg... it's still not right. If i round it becomes 5.34, if I don't it's 5.32- eutopia

Waves & Optics: Bright Fringe Width Calculation
In Young's double slit experiment, 425 nm light gives a fourth-order bright fringe at a certain location on a flat screen. What is the longest wavelength of visible light that would produce a dark fringe at the same location? Assume that the range of visible wavelengths extends from 380 to 750...- eutopia

Fluid Mechanics Help: Find Balloon Radius & Pipe Flow Rate
I thought: density = mass / volume somehow find the mass of the helium ballon, and then I would get my volume. But the mass is what got me stuck. Would the weight of the helium equal the weight of the load?... how else would you find the weight of the helium... and what does B stand for...- eutopia

Fluid Mechanics Help: Find Balloon Radius & Pipe Flow Rate
I tried working with the ideal gas law, but forgot that to get the number of moles, i would take 5.7 and divide that by (1 for hydrogen + 1 hydrogen + 16 for oxygen) ^^ the 5.7 kind of just stared at me- eutopia
