That would be a three phase brushless dc motor wound in star with a neutral wire. The simplest way to drive it would be a speed controller for rc planes and cars, you don't need the neutral with these, so just leave it disconnected. Oh BTW, wire 1 would be your neutral.

You could use a boost converter too. You really don't want anything like this connected directly to ac power, after it is rectified, every point of the circuit has potential relative to ground and is very capable of killing you.

Not with a horn speaker. Horns are amazingly efficent, trust me 30-40W will be plenty. Just for reference, one of those bullhorns they use in sports etc. are only around 10-15 watts and they will make you go def.

If you go to best buy, you can get directional antennas for routers. They are only like $20. Also, if you log into your router, there is usually an adjustment for output power, turn it up all the way for max range.
