First, let's just try and see how much energy the Earth's atmosphere would gain. THEN, let's consider how much energy the Earth loses and gains over time. Do you have a link to that I could look at?

Hi, I need a way to convert kinetic energy into thermal energy as well as the specific heat of the entire Earth's atmosphere. The idea is to see if the heat generated by many meteoroid fragments could possibly account for any climate change. Thanks.

Specific heat...So I would need at least 3 variables to be filled in for it to be useful, but how am I suppose to predict the temperature change and how much joules...
