Hello,
I'm a second-third year mathematics major at University of Victoria with an interest in graduate level physics. In particular, I'm curious about ways by which String Theory or higher dimensions may be falsified. I've posted two threads in the hopes of getting some ideas on how to go...
So I came across this paper claiming that quantum entanglement was an as yet not understood Einstein Rosen-Bridge: http://arxiv.org/pdf/1306.0533v2.pdf
I have two questions pertaining to this:
1. Does the math on this paper actually check out and is this possible?
2. Since this paper...
So I saw that claims are being made that LIGO may have detected gravitational waves. http://www.nature.com/news/has-giant-ligo-experiment-seen-gravitational-waves-1.18449
My question is, if the universe were in fact multidimensional as string theory predicts, would gravitational waves propagate...
