Looking for a cost-effective filter for fluorscence
I'm having trouble finding cheap (<$100) and effective (90%+ transmission) optical filters for fluorescence, specifically band-passing around 530nm, as narrowly as possible . Anyone have any suggestions?- idkididk

Entropy of the river due to coal heating
Gamma (Cp/Cv) of a gas Homework Statement An experimenter adds 980 J of heat to 1.75 mols of an ideal gas to heat it from 10.0 C to 25.0 C at constant pressure. The gas does 234 J of work during the expansion. Calculate gamma (Cp/Cv) for the gas. Homework Equations Cv=Cp-nR Gamma...- idkididk

Length of string on instrument to produce specific frequency
^I just tried that, 277= (1/(2x)) *(812/(.00845/.35))^.5, and got x=33cm, so the answer would be 2, but that's not it either EDIT: Ok nevermind the answer is 1.9 lol. Thanks!- idkididk

Length of string on instrument to produce specific frequency
Homework Statement You are designing a two-string instrument with metal string 35.0 long, as shown in the figure . Both strings are under the same tension. String has a mass of 8.45 and produces the note middle C (frequency 262 ) in its fundamental mode. To extend the range of your...- idkididk
