The persistence length of a double stranded DNA is reported to be ~ 150 bp.
If so how can DNA of ~100 bp and less bend or circularize?
Or is the definition of persistence length wrong ?
no. not illegal. its my Computer
I typed sth and lost it w/o saving the file...
i just hope that it might hav been saved in the RAM ...
BTW, how do they use it illegally ??
Data Recover from RAM ??
Is it possible to recover typed data from RAM ??
If so, how?
N if possible ... won't the data be erased/overwritten when i boot my computer ?
Plz reply.
Very urgent!
thanx in advance!
more specific?
ok. as much as the details i know...
I have a reaction as mentioned before. Say if i have the reaction kinetics also.
I would be knowing the concentration or mass fraction of each component(A,B,C and D) at a given time.
I have the viscosity data for different mass...
Say the reaction is like:
A + B <=> C + D
and i know the individual concentrations of the reactants and products.
Is there any equation to find the viscosity of the system?
Any softwares to simulate??
hey wat u have gievn me is just Camera File generator.
It just generates Camera File Configuration file.
What i want is to grab the frames and save it to the system...
Neways thanks for the help :)
Frame Grabbers... Somebosy please help ...
ppl,
i have been trying to find a software for past 2 months ...
i need a frame grabbing software which can work with NI-IMAQ 1428 card...
somebody please help ...
Actually the problem is ...
I want to attach one end of the DNA to SA coated bead. and other end to the anti-DIG coated glass slide.
Now the problem is i want to know the conditions for DIG , anti-DIG binding...
Can i use TE with Nacl (1X) buffer for this ??
What about the pH conditions...
hey thanks :)
but DynaBeads catalog talks only about DNA-Biotin Bead attachment.
But what about DNA-DIG AntiDIG attachment ?
I didnt get any papers where the give out the actual protocol...
