Yes, exactly I painted a piece of paper just like highlighting texts. I got nearly the same results with pointing laser to body of the marker and even to the cap alone. In these cases I observed a spectrum of red,orange, yellow and green . But most vivid orange I get is by pointing laser...

I did bounced the laser from the paper I painted it and got similar patterns, in my photo orange is overexposed by the camera.
