NASA NASA's Crazy Mars Idea: Interplanetary Ship in Orbit
What good would that do? Would that explore the surface for possible landing sites from the ground? no. Would it be beneficial to us? not really. Would it cost money? Way more than NASA has. Can this collection method actually be done with our current technology? Not to my knowledge, no. So why...- Mystikal_Pooka

Motherboard just keeps beeping.
Does it just continue to beep? no pattern or anything just beep after beep? if there's no pattern and it doesn't sop, it very well could be a shorted out motherboard. I've had a motherboard short out, and all it does it beep constantly. If the CPU was inserted incorrectly, it would have a...- Mystikal_Pooka

High School The Weight of Black Holes: Physics Behind Tiny Masses with Giant Implications
Well, It is a star at least 10 times the Sun's mass that has collapsed in on itself, and with such high densities it has a huge (infinite) gravitational pull towards the singularity, or center of a black hole. All the stuff pulled into a black hole will innevitably be crushed into the infinately...- Mystikal_Pooka

Motherboard/CPU processor question
That isn't exactly true. Pentium 4 performs many things better than AMD and most P4's have a higher factory clock speed (3-4Ghz) compared to AMD (1.6-2.8Ghz) AMD is much MUCH better for 3D gaming because of the way it is built. P4 is pretty much better for normal everyday tasks such as...- Mystikal_Pooka

Memory Chip Poll: Should We Have a Memory Chip in Our Head?
no! what happens if it cracks/chips for some reason, or if it gets dislodged, short circuited, or wiped clean somehow? Our brains are extremely advanced. Oh and guess what? They are wired for remembering stuff. If you wish to memorize something then do it without the help of technology...- Mystikal_Pooka

Is the debate over global warming true or false?
Sorry about that, I was in a hurry when i wrote that. I meant Greenland not Iceland. At around the time of Eric the Red it was a fertile green land. Now it is covered in ice. How is it self contradictory? It in no way contradicts itself. Let me try to rephrase it so you can understand it...- Mystikal_Pooka

Is the debate over global warming true or false?
1) we barely produce any Methane or CO2 above that of natural causes, such as volcanoes and fires. 2) I have been to many of these "reputable" sites you speak of. Almost all of them are biased towards the 'Humans are bad and doomed to die of their own doing' type mentality. When i was...- Mystikal_Pooka

Pentium 4's FP ability is lower than Athlon64 1 time
AMD Athlon64 and Pentium BOTH have up to SSE3 multimedia instructions... and in my opinion AMD is greater than Intel. at least for gaming.- Mystikal_Pooka

Is the debate over global warming true or false?
Well i used to believe that humans were the cuplrits in global warming and that we were all doomed to die from heat and cancer, but i no longer believe that. I now firmly believe that something so trivial as Human Beings could not do much to something the size of Earth. Ya maybe we speed the CO2...- Mystikal_Pooka
