High School Is there a way to measure gravity in a particular area of space
Why can't an object's gravity be measured without comparing it to another object (edited)? It's a physical property that exists in space, no?- nuby

High School Is there a way to measure gravity in a particular area of space
Dumb question probably -- But is there a way to measure gravity in a particular area of space, or a "measurement" .. I.E. the gravity 10 miles above Earth v.s 1000 miles above. Not force on another object, but some "unit" or measure of gravity itself.- nuby

Graduate Is the speed of light infinite?
If there was a 'space' or universe with just one electron. What would prevent the electron from traveling from one side to the other faster than c?- nuby

Are there any good viruses for human beings?
Cool. I wonder if any other components to the human body evolved from a virus or bacteria? White blood cells maybe?- nuby

Are there any good viruses for human beings?
I've wondered about this myself.. Going by evolution logic, wouldn't it make more sense if a virus actually was beneficial to the body it lives in? That way the virus could be easily spread to other hosts over a longer period (since it would make the host live longer on average)...- nuby

Graduate How Does Traveling at .9999c Affect Human Time Perception?
Well, how about with gravitational time dilation effects instead of velocity? If you could feel the gravity of 100 suns (and the "time" in that frame), would this be considered relative as well?- nuby

Right, I guess that's why someone mentioned this is more of philosophy discussion... How could you measure a personal experience traveling at .9999c?- nuby
