Anyone taking the AP Physics Tests?
Oh, man. Am I (one of) the only one(s) who took the Physics B exam? Who am I going to discuss it with? *Sigh* I guess I'm just a dumb person.- Opario

Current Discrepancy: Why Positive Charge?
Why would it be an advantage to say that the direction of current in a wire is the "movement" of positive charge, when in fact it is the negative charge on electrons which is moving. And who decided to make that the universal rule, anyway? And another thing: Isn't the north pole of the...- Opario

Total Internal Reflection Question
The rule for reflection is, of course, that the incident angle equals the reflected angle. 60 degrees was quite likely just an example that you have since forgot about. At least, I can't think of any TIF rule that has to do specifically with 60 degrees.- Opario

Calculating the resistors value?
Kirchhoff's loop rule says that the net voltage in a circuit is zero; i.e., if the source generates a voltage V, then there is a voltage drop V across the circuit. You already know that the LED "reduces" the voltage by 3 V, and you know the voltage generated by Vs(the source or battery or...- Opario

Anyone taking the AP Physics Tests?
I just finished taking the Physics B exam. Fewer than ten MC I didn't answer, and I answered all of the Free response. I'm trying to sign up for Physics C: E & M next year. Unfortunately there's not a class for it offered at my school.- Opario
