Other Is it normal to submit a paper just after the acceptance of another?
To get a general overview of some resources it might give. when it suggests something that isn't entirely logical, you ask real humans who has experience. just simple as that.- patric44

Other Is it normal to submit a paper just after the acceptance of another?
can't think of any to be honest. The thing is, I asked ChatGpt and it mentioned that some journal had a policy for the period of time between two successive submissions. I don't know if it is making this up, but it got me worried!. So there is no problem I suppose, right?- patric44

Other Is it common to change the title of a paper after a major revision?
Ironically these modifications actually address all the concerns that reviewer B had, but removed the orientation that reviewer A saw some potential in it, (I also added the all modification he wanted). its like by making all the corrections to make the paper scientifically correct I am loosing...- patric44

Other Strange paper status change at the journal
Please don't through accusations who said the two papers are substantially similar! you never saw them, plus I never send it. Now to my main question, can the reviewer decline the invitation after accepting it, is that common in the literature- patric44

Then I found that another journal has a special issue about my topic. I modified the original paper by using another chemical element which changed all...- patric44

Calculate the average force on the side walls of a container
OK, so you mean the pressure due to the weight of water contained at the z part (##\rho g h_{z}##) will act also along the right side affecting the area ##A_{y}## hence its force = ##\rho g h_{z} A_{y}##, am I correct in this interpretation. the confusing thing also is, if I use integration it...- patric44

Calculate the average force on the side walls of a container
Hi All, in the following problem: the book solution I don't understand why he added the term $$ \rho g h_{z} A_{y} $$ shouldn't it just be : $$ F = 1/2 \rho g h_{y} A_{y} $$- patric44
