Engineering Work and study engineering. is it possible?
I'm about to finish my high school and since I'm really interested in stuffs like mathematics, physics and computing I want get into electronics or computer engineering. I live in a third world country and I really want to go to U.S to have a engineering degree so if I go there I'll have to...- pcsx22

Can a Linear-Coil Spring Improve the Accuracy of a Weighing Machine?
Project: Weighing machine based on potentiometer Principle: On changing the length of the wire current in the circuit will change which will change the deflection in the ammeter Set up: On top of four or three spring(same spring constant) a board is attached so when a weight is kept on top...- pcsx22

Undergrad Can Standing Waves Form with Different Amplitudes or Frequencies?
So you're saying if two opposite waves of different amplitudes and frequency superimpose, velocity of the resulting wave will not be zero therefore standing wave is not formed?? Correct me if I'm wrong- pcsx22

Undergrad Can Standing Waves Form with Different Amplitudes or Frequencies?
I came across a question about wave from univeristy physics (sears n zemansky) and the question was 'can a standing wave.be produced on a string by by superposing two waves traveling in opposite direction with same frequency but different amplitudes? And same amplitude but different...- pcsx22
