Hello. I use 2 GaAs fet in a HF system. This assembly worked properly for several weeks and now doesn't work anymore. Before replacing these 2 transistors I would like to know how it is possible that all voltages ( drains & sources) are still correct, while the complete assembly stopped to work ?

Hello. I use HDHSDR software with my dongle and I need to record displayed spectrum. I've found how to record sound (.wav) but not yet how to record spectrum in a way for instance {frequency, level}. I spent a lot of time in searching such an information but with no sucess.

Thanks for this really complete answer. May be just one more precision : Output voltage of each Mar-6 is Ok if nothing is connected at the input. And also no oscillation ... Problem occurs only if 'something', even a short wire, is connected to input. May be this works as a trigger for oscillation.
