Haha sorry...actually i am thinking...
is it all country define 0 Celcius for Ais...and 100 Celsius for boiling water ?
These condition is valid under which condition?
0 Celsius for ais , 100 Celsius for boiling water ?
As we know that is common for study.
But anyone know where is origin ?
What i mean is ...is it valid at every country ?
I did a try already..i got a slightly higher for ice. 1.1 Celsius..
If like this..
this mean i have to minus 1.1 Celsius for all value by using that device ?
How i am going to confirm or make sure the accurate of thermocouple before i use it for measurement in experiment?
Is it ok if ...
I put it in ice in order to get 0 Celsius and put in boiling water to get 100 Celsius?
In the idea case, i should get 0 and 100 Celsius from thermometer..
but...
May i know what is the emissivity for carbon steel ?
Is it suitable for me if i using IR thermometer(with emissivity 0.95fixed) to measure cutting temperature ?
There are lots of for metal cutting measurement. However, thermocouple is not in the list of metal cutting measurement.
Anyway,
is it possible to measure the temperature for turning machine by using K-type thermocouple.
Can i put the thermocouple at the end of cutting edge to measure ? can it...
I need to measure the temperature of workpiece when it is turning on certain speed or feedrate.
I got the idea how to connect wire to insert but just having a problem of connecting another wire to workpiece. The link i gave you just now is showing how they connect. but it troublesome for me...

I am using tool work thermocouple(a way of measure temperature when metal cutting)
Thanks for reply. I only can connect the wire to the workpiece. Actually i want using Tool-Work Thermocouple method to measure the temperature when cutting steel. I search all the youtube, i can't find any similar thing in it. so, i am getting trouble. May i know when the bearing should put at ...
