What anti-virus and anti-spyware program are you using?
Here is what I would try next:
- Update your anti-virus & anti-spyware software and do a complete scan in normal mode and then again in safe mode looking for evil-ware. (this is just a sanity check for evil doers)
- Clear your temp files...
If you have viewed the page the image should be in your temp files folders. Here is how to find it.

The simplest way is to disconnect one drive at a time from the ribbon cable. If the error goes away you know that it must be the last drive you disconnected. Reconnect that drive to confirm that it is and then you can replace it.
