Graduate Instrumental line broadening of Rigaku smartlab
You mean that I have to measured XRD pattern of material like LaB6, Si and Al2O3 with the sam e instrument. Then fit the resolution function. But what is resolution function? how can i get instrumental line broadning from fitting of resolution function?- yasir.ustb
