TL;DR
If you are anywhere near the great lakes, look due west at the horizon tonight starting at 8:30EST to see the ISS pass overhead.

Will be visible across a vast swath of US and Canada around Great Lakes (south west to north east).
I've checked from Windsor (20:32EST) to Ottawa(20:34EST) (and even London England (01:57GMT)) and it's gonna rival Venus in brightness.

Look at the treeline just south of west a few minutes before 20:33. It will rise virtually straight up toward the zenith and then set in the north 3 minutes later.

Drag the kids out to see it!
